1960

Anastasios Pouliasis establishes his workshop. Soon, his business grows and employs 20 people.

1979

A big fire destroys the workshop almost completely. Anastasios Pouliasis does not think at any moment of interrupting his growing business as a result of this unfortunate circumstance, but does what he knows best: he remains a motivated and perseverant pioneer.

He decides to modernize his business with new state-of-the-art machinery in a new establishment.

1988

Our first kitchen furniture showroom is opened, right in the centre of Corfu town.

1995

Marilena Pouliasi, after completing her studies in design, takes over the management of the company. In the next ten years, the business gains the highest market share in the kitchen furniture manufacturing in Corfu.

2004

The company initiates a collaboration with major Italian kitchen furniture manufacturers. This collaboration is then expanded to include designers of other products, such as doors and wardrobes of high aesthetics and manufacturing quality.

2009

The company makes the great step to importing furniture of leading Greek and foreign brands. The pioneering furniture showroom in a modern space of 700sqm is a reality. Marilena Pouliasi’s new space has no equal either in Corfu or in Greece. It gets
featured in magazines and newspapers of the time and becomes a model of European standards in the country, due to the selection of products of high quality and aesthetics and the character of the space. Two emblematic manufacturers stand out among those represented in the exhibition: Molteni&C and Dada. The new space is the first Molteni&C and Dada showroom in Greece!

2017

In the midst of the deep Greek economic recession, the company manages to keep  growing. It is a period of search and change that eventually leads to its relocation to an even larger building, where it is located to this day.

2021

While maintaining all its existing collaborations, the company has established new ones with Greek and international manufacturers of kitchens, indoor and outdoor furniture, floors, decorative items and more. At the moment, it prides itself on its productive and
creative cooperation with 35 Greek and international companies and on having hundreds of satisfied highly demanding customers during its long career in the sector of furniture and design. Today, Marilena Pouliasi Furniture offers its customers holistic solutions for all spaces with the possibility of delivering "key on hand" projects.
